5th Sunday
Approximately four times a year, when there’s a 5th Sunday in the month, the United Methodist congregations of Sand Hill, Mount Upton, Sidney, Unadilla Center, and Unadilla come together as one church family for a special time of worship, fellowship, and shared activities.
Each 5th Sunday gathering is hosted by one of our churches in rotation, celebrating the unity of our wider church community.

Prayer Request
At the heart of our community is a commitment to pray for one another. Prayer requests are a way to share your joys, concerns, struggles, and hopes, trusting others will lift them up in prayer.
Whether you are facing a difficult situation, celebrating a blessing, or asking for strength, healing, or guidance—no request is too big or too small.
Our congregation believes in the power of prayer and the comfort of knowing we are not alone. Let us walk beside you in faith, lifting your name and needs to God.

Community
AS ANNOUNCED / PLANNED
Churches in our area come together on a regular schedule to foster connection, worship, and service beyond traditional Sunday services. These gatherings—held weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—create opportunities for fellowship, shared learning, and collective outreach among diverse congregations.
Rooted in faith and unity, each meeting includes prayer, worship, teaching, and time for discussion or collaboration on local missions and needs. Whether hosted in church buildings, homes, or community spaces, the focus remains the same: to build relationships, support one another, and serve our neighborhoods with love and purpose.
